Your symptoms are consistent with chronic constipation and internal hemorrhoid. Colon cancer is rare at your age unless there is a family history of colon cancer at young age and hereditary polyposis syndromes.

If straining may be hemorrhoids -can be seen/ palpated on exam. Consider Cologuard/FIT https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/fit-test#colorectal-canccer Colonoscopy -is the gold standard . Colon cancer is rare at your age. Best is to take food with fiber, exercise, drink water take an OTC laxative like Miralax and not to strain. Must see your MD or gastroenterologist for further advice. Wishing you regularity
