Hemorrhoid.: Sounds more like a hemorrhoid than cancer. treat the constipation and the hemorrhoid and bleeding will get better.

Recently diagnosed with gall stones now went to toilet notice pink tinge around stool then the second time I went looks like blood in water is red and can't see stool. very worried it's cancer ?
I was constipated today, had bright red blood in my stool. Then throughout the day every time I went to pee I had bright blood dripping from the rectum, no poop, happened about 3-4 more times then stopped. No pain or change in bowel habits. Cancer?
