Hi, my daughter seems like to have been bitten by a spider , it has gotten bigger, but she is acting normal with no symptoms. it's not paining, and the bite area is hard and only red.do i leave it ? ( treat with allergic and antihistamines cream?

Cellulitis: If the area is red, warm to the touch and swollen, it may be cellulitis. The actual break through the skin occurring when the spider bit her can introduce bacteria and cause an infection. See a Dr for diagnosis and treatment as she may need antibiotics.
