Sounds fine: Benadryl cream for a few minutes or more, on a 10-month old, should not have any noticeable effect. If such a baby has ill symptoms such as fussiness, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or pain, she may have some other illness instead of just a heat rash. If worried, parents may contact their pediatrician for advice or an in-person exam.
