Eye: The underside of your eye consists of your eye lid, but also there is your maxillary sinus and a sinus tract that lies under the eye. Problems can include bacterial or fungal infection. Allergies such as hay fever or perhaps something you got on your hand. Sinus problems or even associated sinus congestion possibilities.

My son is almost 17 mo. Since 3-4 mo he developed itchy red blotches and scaly rough feet. Also itchy sometimes leaky eyes. Doc said severe eczema then coxsackie virus. He takes hydroxyzine syrup, hydrocortisone and bethamasone cream. Any ideas?
