Is it ok for a nurse to carry on working, even if she cant have the pfizer covid vaccine?

Nurse: So there has to be a good reason that she cannot take the vaccine. This places her in a higher risk category. While the nurse can work I would strongly advise that she be kept out of high risk areas.

COVID 19 : COVID 19 vaccines have only recently been given to people who have high health risks or who have significant risk of getting infected (medical personnel, first responders, etc). Nurses have been working with patients for the last 9 months - & most of that time without vaccines. One must still take all recommended precautions during patient care with or without being vaccinated.
