My wife is a practice nurse in a gp practice. she cant get the covid vaccine here in the uk due to her allergies, but hoping to get the next vaccine. i am worried sick about this. is she at very high risk of getting covid? im so scared about it?

Covid: Being a healthcare worker puts her at a high risk - however I am sure she is masked, etc.. when working. The practice has to check all staff, check all patients etc... as a precaution.

COVID 19 concerns: I would assume that your wife is social distancing, masking up, avoiding prolonged contact with COVID patients and washing hands often. This will help to protect her. However, the new strain of COVID 19 being found in the UK appears to be more transmittable.
