My baby is vomiting for the past 2 hours. he has no fever or other signs of illness. the vomit is becoming more yellow as time passes. do we need to see a doctor already? is there any medication we can use to alleviate the symptoms?

Age?: Most episodes of vomiting/diarrhea in babies is caused by a virus. If your child is less than 6 months old, take him to the Dr. The most important thing is to keep your baby hydrated. Offer your baby formula in small amounts- 1-2 ounces every 30min-1hour. If they are older than 9 months, offer pedialyte or other electrolyte solution. You cannot use medications for diarrhea in babies under 2 yrs.
