Time to check again: Two weeks is a long time to be vomiting. It's time to see your doctor again. If you do not have fever or abdominal pain that's good, but you do need to be evaluated again. I suggest going on a clear liquids diet (water, ginger ale, light broth, no dairy) and make that appointment for follow up.

Unusual: Vomiting with no other symptoms? No headache, fever, dizziness, stomach pain, diarrhea? That is unusual for a virus but sometimes they last 2 weeks. Are you losing weight? I would give it another 1-2 days and if the vomiting is still constant, go back to the doctor for reevaluation.
