Sometimes: During wisdom tooth extraction there can be pressure placed on the tooth next to the wisdom tooth. This can cause it to feel sore afterwards. The trauma from an extraction can make things sore. Talk to the. Dentist that did your extraction about this and they can better answer your question for your particular case.
