How can i treat this pain in my molar after having wisdom tooth surgery?

Ice: Most post op pain is caused by swelling and tissue manipulation during surgery. Cold compresses and pain meds will help if your dentist gave you a prescription fo pain , take it. Over the counter pain meds like advil (ibuprofen) or alleve wok well also.
