Yes, and urinalysis: A urinalysis with a home test can only detect blood, protein, glucose and WBC. It cannot be used to do a culture and determine what kind of antibiotic treatment you need. Please see a Dr who can give you a referral for a laboratory urinalysis kit with reflex to culture so that the Dr know what antibiotic you need for your recurrent UTI's.
