No (within reason): So many things to address here. I will summarize by saying that risk assessment is key here (e.g. comorbidities present, pregnancy, etc...). Use of OTC (over the counter)remedies should be considered. Finally, if symptoms worsen, see doctor ASAP.

Need lab urine test.: If your other symptoms include increased frequency of urination and chills or elevated temperature, you may need an antibiotic. Your PCP should be able to assist you. I would increase your water intake and sometimes cranberry juice help with your symptoms.
