Ive been to my family doctor three times for a uti that never completely resolved (despite 4 different antibiotics). my ob-gyn did urinanalysis instead and said the results were normal. why do i still have uti symptoms and how should i be treated?

You can see a urologist for a complete evaluation. It really depends on what your specific symptoms are as this will determine what else your symptoms could be due to besides a UTI. There may be a different issue that needs treatment and a urologist can do a work-up with further testing to figure out what the problem is and provide treatment. Good luck to you!

There are many conditions like interstitial cystitis, stone, mycoplasma infection, urgency/frequency syndrome etc which can give UTI like symptoms. Best is to see a Urologist to find cause and treat. Good luck
