Pediatric UTI: This sounds like a job for a pediatric urologist. There are many possibilities, and you have not provided sufficient info for a diagnosis to be made. A 4 yr old needs to be fully evaluated, not only for possible causes, including anatomic defects, but also for the possibility of abuse. See a good pediatrician and get a recommendation.

UTI: UTI are very common in kids , but there has to be a reason for her to be getting them again and again . Get her checked an ultrasound or imaging will catch the reason .

Is it really ?: Many of these kids have simple reactions to soapy bathwater that forms an irritating film on their genitals. Kids dig at them in their sleep & the pee hole becomes inflamed from trauma.Germs can be pushed in. If their urine is obtained as a usual squat/pee,it is often urine plus a vaginal wash out with various germs. Having these kids shower,not sit in soapy water can sometimes reduce this problem
