NGU?: Ureaplasma is normal in the genital tract. So are most mycoplasmas, except M. genitalium. There are no approved tests in the US, but CDC has guidelines for Rx of NGU and M gen if doxycycline or azithromycin don't work. However, the symptoms you list as "conditions" are not those of continuing NGU if you don't have urethral discharge. Best to see an STD or infectious disease specialist.
