Hi, i was exposed to someone who has since been tested as positive with covid-19. the exposure was on sunday, 13 dec. his test was on monday, 14 dec. i haven't experienced any symptoms yet. can i count myself as safe to travel locally on sun, 20?

COVID exposure : Should have self quarantine for 14 days, rather than seven days after high risk exposure or until proven record of negative Covid test. Asymptomatic Covid carrier still has the risk for transmitting the virus.
