You posted on the Free Public Health Education site for HealthTap where we do not diagnosis, treat or refer. In ZA, a medical provider evals to decide if COVID 19 testing is indicated. Contact your own medical provider or get telemedicine consult from an on-line provider. She should be tested & if positive you may need to be tested too.

Agree with Dr. Fowler. Covid-19: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html
Contact your doctor/local hospital, by phone for evaluation and testing in your area. Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Get Covid vaccine. Wish you good health.

Testing is recommended, and please check with your local health department .It is likely based on her positive test that her symptoms are related to COVID 19. Nasal saline is often helpful in reducing nasal congestion. Watch for signs of distress, shortness of breath and GI symptoms. Keep her well hydrated and please follow up with your PCP.
