Organ Transplant: You do understand that organ transplants involve viable tissue (necrosis of the organs hasn't begun). That's why they are rushed from donor to recipient. If what you propose was possible there would be no donor organ shortages or waiting lists... Organs from a deceased are obtained at the time of death.
