This is a difficult time of grieving, and may be filled with physical manifestations of your grief (body pains, insomnia, distractability, irritability, lowered immune system). It is important that you take care of yourself physically and mentally. Process with a counselor, consult your doctor about meds to help w sleep/anxiety. Reach out to friends/fam. Time heals.
