Out of context: All labs have to be interpreted in a specific clinical context as otherwise they be come uninterpretable. Agree that your Hb indicates mild anemia. Your treating doc remains your best reference at this point.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your hemoglobin is low. Given that iron deficiency is the commonest cause in women, take oral iron and multivitamins. Get HPV vaccine.
