If my hemoglobin comes out to be 16.3 g/dl .does it mean that my vitamin b- complex levels (b12,folic acid, riboflavin) also normal? i dont eat non veg

Probably yes: If you are vegetarian you may consider a B12 supplement. Presently your Hb is a little high, but if you go low enough on B12 you will experience symptoms, eventually a low Hb. You need not worry about other vits, but take extra folic acid if potential pregnancy. It is not always reliable, but a blood B12 can be used. Folic acid will prevent B12 anemia but aggravate the neurologic complications.

Deficiencies: You could still have deficiencies in these and still not have anemia, yet. However in your situation you're most likely not deficient in b complex.
