I have an ear infection in the left ear, going into my throat. not whole throat that is sore, just top left going to ear. started sat. using andolex throat spray, echinacea and vit c. not clearing. think i need specific meds or antibiotics?

If there is physical exam findings consistent with a middle ear infection you would benefit from antibiotic therapy.
