Hi, sinus infection for past week. Nasal irrigation helped, mucus clearer & congestion gone. Now left ear is clogged &left side of throat/ear is sore?

Great: you may want to continue the saline nasal washes, and salt water gargles in addition to pain killers and lots of fluids and rest, if no improvement in a day or so, see your doctor for possible need for Rx medications, good luck
