Lab test result showed me having absolute lymphoctyes at 792. not sure if i should be worried, googled it saying low wbc. should i retake exam? any concerns? rest of lab is pretty good, slight low vit d?

Lymphocytopenia: Low absolute lymphocyte counts can occur with some viral illnesses. If the rest of the CBC and differential blood count is normal and you have no symptoms, I would recheck that test in a week or so.
