Lymphocyte count: The absolute number is really what counts. The lymphocyte count of 1000 is really good. Abnormal is when it is less than 500. Sometimes viral infections and medications such as steroids can reduce the lymphocyte count some .even rheumatoid arthritis can do this. But your levels are fine!

More info needed: If you were healthy when the test was done, I would do nothing at this time. I hope you have had a good physical exam and to give you peace of mind, I would repeat your blood test in one month. The rest of the cbc was not written and I hope it was normal.
