Cbc test : all normal : wbc 9.95; rbc 4.78; hgb14.9; hct 47 ;plt241; mcv98.3rdw12.3, but : mch-31.2 ( lab high-31.0) mchc 31.7( lab low 12.0) mpv12.2 (lab high-12.0) do i need to be concern? thanks, pg?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of your results are a cause for concern.
