Tachycardia: I see in your profile, that you take albuterol, do you recall taking it the day of your exam? This will make your heart beat fast. If your asthma is not controlled well, you should have your doctor adjust your asthma medications. You don't say how high is the WBC count, this is relative and may or may not be concerning.

Several: You may have inappropriate sinus tachycardia. Also thyroid disease can manifest as a high heart rate. Further evaluation is warranted. Feel better.
