"PCOD" ?'s: If "pcod" refers to "polycystic ovary disease", stress and being overweight may contribute to this condition. At age 18 with "pcod", it is best to be on low dose oral bcp's, even if you are NOT sexually active. Ask your gyn physician about low dose bcp's, which will preserve fertility options and control ovarian production of estrogen.
