Hello. : Hello. The multiple vitamin should contain b vitamins. So, it may be cheaper and less complex to take one pill. Vitamins tend to be helpful if there is a deficiency or if you are not getting the appropriate nutrients. If you fit one of thsoe bills it is likely to help and should not cause a problem with your sleep.

NO Multivitamins: Multivitamins are worthless. If you have a know specific and proven vitamin deficiency, then take that specific vitamin. Otherwise you may hurt yourself. Save your money, join a gym and get more sleep for a week or so to help your body adjust.
