A member asked:

I had a multivitamin+iron with my yoghurt, i looked up online and im seeing a lot of bad things about consuming the pill with dairy, about not fully absorbing it, but is that all or will it genuinely cause any harm to me?

Harm is not the issue here -- only whether enough iron will be absorbed to be effective. From now on, avoid dairy for an hour or so before and after each iron dose, then no worries.
