How does a doctor tell if you have aniscoria and whether you were born with it or not? when does this become an emergency? i noticed maybe slight aniscoria not sure what i should do. i had an eye exam 3 months ago all was normal though?

Anisocoria: Not unusual to have minor asymmetric pupil size. However if there is asymmetrical light reaction, there could be concerns
