Anisocoria: Your pupil is different sizes because you hit your eye and one pupillary sphincter tore. But it sounds like you've already seen an eye md and ENT doctor.

See a doctor: The anisocoria and new floaters indicate need for a comprehensive eye examination. Pain and pressure behind eye nose and ear indicate that there could be some sinus damage. Specifically, medial and inferior orbital wall fractures may be present. The pupil anomaly itself should be worked up. Er doc or urgent care doc would be best. Check eyes for retinal tears too and get a complete check asap.
