I think i have anisocoria. i noticed the other night and in dim light my right pupil is slightly larger. they both react to light. should i call my doctor? should i be scared?

Probably: congenital since you do not mention any associated eye problems. Most cases are benign and present a birth; however,if you are just noticing this at your age, see an ophthalmologist to rule out any possible underlying issues.
