Can an ovarian mass or cyst be missed on an transvaginal ultrasound? i have a 3cm mass on my right ovary but am feeling pressure on my left. ultrasound findings indicated normal left ovary but why am i feeling like there is something there?

Need to examine: You are not likely feeling anything in the ovary. There may be another process than ovarian cyst that may be causing symptoms.
