Can an ovarian mass or cyst be missed on an transvaginal ultrasound? i have a 3cm mass on my right ovary but am feeling pressure on my left. ultrasound findings indicated normal left ovary but why am i feeling like there is something there?

Need to examine: You are not likely feeling anything in the ovary. There may be another process than ovarian cyst that may be causing symptoms. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor and discuss your symptoms. I had a bunch of cyst on my ovaries that were detected during a ct scan, and I got a vaginal ultrasound a month later, and they were all gone. I recently had an abnormal pap(AGUS), and the colposcopy was negative. Could this mean ovarian cancer?
