Test before he comes: Your son should be tested before returning home and self quarantine 4 days upon return. Wear mask, socially distance, and limit contacts to 15 minutes or less while monitoring for symptoms such as fever, cough, loss of sense of taste or smell, or diarrhea. If he has those symptoms, he should be tested again.
