Family member has been tested on monday and heard this morning she is covid positive. our whole family shared the same holiday home since 23 dec. i am 56 diabetic. shall i immediately test or wait. i hve mild sinus congestion since monday?

Covid 's: Covid positive contact requires quarantine for all concerned for at least 10 days and testing may be negative for any or all, but one positive for period cited will usually result in all susceptible having the virus.

COVID 19 testing: COVID 19 testing is more likely to be accurate for testing positive, if one waits 5 to 8 days after COVID 19 exposure or is symptomatic.
