Covid testing ?'s: If a close family member was positive for Covid-19, even family members with no symptoms should be tested, and testing is certainly advised along with quarantine for those exposed.

COVID-19: If your wife is documented positive, the rest of the family is considered exposed and needs to be quarantined. The baby , having fever, should be tested and many jurisdictions would recommend testing for you as well. At a minimum, quarantine/isolation. Your public health department should be contacted; they will help you with best practices where you live.
