Had total abdominal hysterectomy in june. august battling with uti. recently biopsy was done and showed chronic cystitis. can it be from the hysterectomy? i am in a lot of pain. doctor stop the betmiga.

Separate issues: Hysterectomy and urinary infection are probably not related. It would be prudent to consult a urologist for evaluation and treatment. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
