Why did the tech and the obgyn tell me different measurements on my ultrasound? my tech said my cyst was 2.2 and my obgyn sound 1.2? who is right? every time i brought it up to the doc she said it was 1.2, but didn't see at the ultrasound?

Side with OB: I really don't like taking sides in medicine. The techa, while having had training and experience with US, are not as skilled at final readings as the doctors are. I would believe the OB - the OB has no reason to mislead you, so set aside your anxiety and follow recommendations of your OB.

Not sure: the ovary size usually has 3 measurements (length, width and height). Without reviewing the study, I cannot explain why there is a difference in the measurements. However, both numbers (on average) are normal.

It matters little : this size not at all imp no treatment difference just ignore it completely only one matters over 5 cm
