Hello doctor. I have a varicocele for 3 to 4 years . Swallowed veins in scrotum , testis. And i am afraid about infertility. What should i do now i am so worried. Is this varicocele in left testis will cause infertility? I had no pain in it?
I had grade 3 vericocele(2.5 -3.0mm) so got left varicocelectomy done 3.5 months ago. To help with pain doc gave me methylcobalamin 1500mcg tablet. Taking it since 1 month..but still dull pain in testis,recent USG shows(1.5-2.0mm) veins,is it fine?
I found a left varicocele and a hard module on the right testis. I asked if the lump was a cyst of the epididymis, but he said it was directly on the testis. He did not diagnose; he said to wait until it is 1cm. Do MDs usually not diagnose lumps?
