My doc just told me i have a cyst on my ovary...i need to get another ultra sound in 5 weeks...should i be concerned or is this pretty common?

Very common: Cysts form every time you ovulate. Sometimes they don't go away. When they get large they can cause problems (torsion). That is the reason we follow them.
