U/s: Ultrasound will show the size of the cyst. 5 -7 cm cyst could be palpable.

Depends: I can usually feel ovaries 5 cm in diameter and bigger easily on bimanual exam. At your age, the most likely diagnoses are all benign, but get the ultrasound as it will give your gynecologist more information.
