Im 4weeks 2days. went in for ultrasound at 3weeks and saw nothing. doc told me to come back at 10 weeks. wondering if i can continue going to gym or should i wait until i clear 1st trimester. i keep hearing this is a critical time?

Exercise is healthy: A healthy body is critical for growing a healthy baby. Regular exercise, sufficient rest, healthy diet and increased fluid intake are the building blocks of a healthy body. Avoid heavy lifting and non aerobic exercise, but continue aerobic exercises in moderation. Swimming, stationary biking, elliptical and stair climbers are all great aerobic exercises.
