I have had lower right pain for about 5 months. i am on the pill and last month received an ultrasound showing swollen right ovary and cysts on my right ovary. they changed my pill and i am still in pain. should i go back to the doc or wait it out?

Going back now: As pain is no better, then may be time to get recheck of cyst. May need a laparoscopy of other testing as well.
