Flatulence: If this is not your norm, a plausible diagnosis could be giardiasis. A stool sample would identify the problem and Metronidazole would treat it. Seek medical care to also rule out lifestyle or meds as the culprits.

Maybe: Depending of your age, symptoms and other medical conditions you have, you might want to check it out. Although this may be embarrassing, it would be worth it to establish a relationship with a primary care doctor to talk about it. It may be an example of food intolerance/allergy...Or in some cases more serious problems. Even if it isn't anything serious, they may be able to help you manage it.

Environmental tests: The first step is some environmental testing to see what sorts of fumes are present at your workplace. It is your employer's duty to ensure that your work environment is safe. You also need to make sure that the problems you're having are indeed related to your work environment and not something else, especially not something you're taking there yourself.

Yes: Depending on what you are hoping to use it for, it will work for a while but you can't depend on it to work against biological warfare or nerve gases after it has expired.

Yes: Gas x has simethicone in it and strips are used for immediate effect. I do not think one works better than the other. Also when you eat, do it slowly, chew your food well. Avoid too much of starches and carbohydrates.
