Address the causes: Usually gas occurs because we don't fully digest our foods & the undigested food is fermented by microbes in our intestines. Avoiding foods you can't digest (possibly beans, gluten, cabbage, lactose from dairy etc.), taking digestive enzymes & correcting imbalances in flora often helps (check for candida ¶sites). Homeopathy can help too; if it hasn't helped consider trying different remedies!
