Diet mostly: Most of the time, symptoms of excessive "gas" are related to the diet. The top 3 dietary exceses, in order: 1) simple dairy, milk and soft cheeses, because of the milk sugar lactose. This is lactose intolerance 2) wheat products, i.e. Gluten intolerance 3) vitamin a foods, green, yellow orange fruits + veges. A simple 1 week withdrawal diet off each should clear up the symptoms. Then you'll know.
