Let your doc know: A kidney stone appears likely among other possibilities for your symptoms. Your primary care doc will have the best view on your symptoms by having a clear understanding of your current and past medical conditions, treatment, current and past, etc. Proper hydration should help regardless. If not established with a doc, an urgent care facility should be next.

Agree with Dr. P: Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless to prevent formation of kidney stones. For your current issue, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
