Take her to the emergency room. A "hard hit" on a woman of that age can cause bleeding in the brain.

Yes, she had a head concussion at a minimum. The possibility of an intracranial bleed has to be ruled out and seeing a doc timely is recommended (ideally her GP, who knows her best if possible), any type of facility otherwise as imaging will likely be needed depending on the neuro exam.
